Annual Trip for 2 Travel Voucher Raffle every November. Deliver Meals on Wheels each December. Other projects supported by the Wadena District Lions Club are: Activities for the visually impaired - bowling, cribbage, golf and curling, C.N.I.B. Activities - Youth Camp & Digital Library Service, Canine Vision, Quest-Drug Awareness Program, Diabetes Awareness, Youth Exchange, Lions Eye Bank of Saskatchewan, Tabs for Tots, International Youth Peace Poster Contest. We support local Community Projects (Community Hall, Curling Club, Golf Club, Swimming Pool, Sportsgrounds),Army Cadet Corps #2271, Wadena Arts Council, Wadena Atoms Hockey Team, local people who request our help, Big Bike for Heart & Stroke, Prairie Women on Snowmobile for Breast Cancer, and many more local causes.
